The Border, created by Jerremy Hole, Lindalee Tracy, Janet MacLean and Peter Raymont is a Canadian drama which airs on more than 20 TV networks including the CBC TV. The creators of the show belong to the White Pine Pictures. Janice Dawe is the executive in charge of production of the TV show. The initial season episodes were directed by Kelly Makin, John Fawcett, Ken Girotti, Bret Sullivan, Michael DeCarlo and Phillip Earnshaw. The budget of the first season of the show was equal to 20 million dollars, and it has been estimated that the total budget per episode of the show is equal to 1.5 million dollars.
This TV series, The Border, has its set in Toronto. The show is about agents belonging to fictional Immigration and Customs Security. The actual CIS was created by the Canadian government in order to effectively tackle the trans border matters which relate to the national security of Canada that includes smuggling and terrorism.
